Description:

Office Services Clerk:

  • Process incoming and outgoing USPS and FedEx items
  • Monitor department email for incoming requests and act as primary point of contact on behalf of department
  • Produce print, scan, and copy projects
  • Re-stock office supplies throughout office and work with Facilities Manager to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Back up receptionist during breaks and absences (greet guests, sign for deliveries, answer phones)
  • Set up and clean conference rooms between meetings (PPE will be provided)
  • Walk in-person documents to the courthouse, pick up daily mail from USPS and run occasional business errands within 3-block radius of office
  • Maintain office printers and copiers (clearing paper jams, cleaning glass, etc.) and replenish paper throughout the day
  • Assist Records clerk with filing projects
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Must be able to lift no more than 20 lbs. from floor to counter-height worksurface

The successful candidate will possess a professional and flexible demeanor to work with a variety of individuals while assisting in an evolving mix of responsibilities. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter, who possesses strong communication and organizational skills. We are requiring a high degree of proficiency within Microsoft Office and a comfort level learning new software. This position is considered essential to our daily operations and will necessitate reporting to the office each scheduled workday. This position will work Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, including a one-hour lunch break.

We prefer candidates to have experience in an office services or copy center. Professional services environments, preferably from within a law firm or legal department, are highly desired.

We are offering a range salary for this role as our salary will match up with the years of experience the successful candidate possesses, ranging from $40,000-$45,000.
