Insurance Office Manager
This position will manage Customer Service, New Business, HR as well as General Office Operations. High level VIP customer service office that requires the ability to manage multiple employees and multiple tasks in addition training on our policies and procedures. Must be professional making sure our clients and employees’ needs are met.
Experience Required- Prior Customer Service management experience managing multiple employees/tasks for small to midsize company, HR experience and office management. This person needs to be able to immediately come in to help us while learning the specific departments. This position is 80% management and 20% back up. It requires prior management experience of multiple employees, must be a process and procedure person, detailed, professional, dependable, reliable, and loyal. Someone looking for a long-term career.
VIP Customer Service- Monitor each CSR completions, calls, compliments, complaints, and goal numbers. Create and maintain reports with number of calls completions, cost per completions, training schedules and improvements for quality assurance. Monitor all CSR portals to distribute workflow to maintain productivity daily. Will help create individual goals and improvements for each CSR. Will randomly monitor and encourage phone script calls to clients to ensure positive and accurate client interaction.
New Business - It requires a detailed person to monitor and ensure accurate data entry, status checks and fixes in our New Business department. Create and maintain reports with number of applications submitted, pending, and completed. The time it took to get the policy approved. Making sure the process and procedures are followed.
Human Resource - Responsible for HR duties, including on boarding paperwork, contracts, certifications, reviews, write ups, hiring, terminations, insurance, IRA and all documentation along with other HR duties. Maintaining all current posters, trainings required are met. Maintaining COVID process and procedures – monitor, temperature checks, cleaning, safety issues, floor hazards, cleanliness work areas. Visual of organizational/success – all required trainings, fire, emergency ect.
General Operations - Oversee general office operations, opening and closing, everything ready for 8am meetings productivity. Create and monitor lunch schedules to ensure coverage, vacation schedules, birthday, sick leave and COVID leave. COVID in-office monitoring and enforcing policy and procedures. Monitor, order and maintain office supplies and office equipment, desk tools – positive usage for workspace. Fixing any customer service problems, issues or client concerns – Highest level C/S – get it done person. Create written and maintain process and procedures for Customer Service and New Business.

Maintain good relationship and communicate frequently regarding business related needs with the owner and staff
Must have good decision-making skills with regards to operational decisions by recommending procedural changes etc. in line with the owner
