Insurance Office Manager
This position will manage Customer Service, New Business and General Office Operations. Very busy high level customer service office that requires the ability to manage multiple employees and multiple tasks in addition training on our policies and procedures. Must be professional making sure our clients needs are met.
Prior management experience managing multiple employees/tasks
Good organizational skills
Strong Computer Skills
Prior Customer Service experience
Professional dress and demeanor
Able to meet deadlines and timelines
Experience with MS Office Suite including excellent Excel and Word.
Maintain good relationship and communicate frequently regarding business related needs with the owner and staff
Must have good decision-making skills with regards to operational decisions by recommending procedural changes etc. in line with the owner

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Must be responsible, dependable and accountable
Must obtain Insurance License (Company Paid)
Salaried not hourly position
50K - 60K per year Profit Sharing, Insurance, Dental and Life Insurance
