The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or production environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and ship orders accurately.Build and prepare pallets for shipping; experience preferred.Receive and process incoming stock and materials.Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate records.Assemble boxed products with coupons.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Lift 50 pounds or more as required.Stand, walk, sit, squat, move, and climb as needed throughout the shift.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.1–2 years of warehouse or production experience.At least one year of computer literacy experience.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.ScheduleFull-time, Monday–Friday8-hour shiftsLocation: Carpinteria, CABenefits401(k) with 3.5% employer matchingEmployee discountHealth insurance with 80% of premiums paidPaid time off#J-18808-Ljbffr
