Client Onboarding Specialist

Remote | Full-time | $60,000/Year

E-State.io helps real estate agents get more buyers and sellers through Facebook and Instagram ads.

We handle the parts most agents do not want to deal with / don't knowhow to do: the offer, video scripts, filming direction, editing, funnels, forms, CRM setup, ads, and lead follow-up systems.

Our clients are real estate agents, teams, brokerages and loan officers that want a more reliable way to generate business instead of depending only on referrals or buying leads.

You will help new clients move from payment to live ads as quickly and smoothly as possible.

You'll work directly with real estate agents, our founders, VAs, editors, and ad team. This is a client-facing role, so you need to be comfortable leading live google meet calls, explaining things clearly, and following up when people are slow to send what we need.

What you'll do

• Onboard new clients after they join
• Collect Facebook, Instagram, CRM, calendar, and business information
• Help clients get access and accounts set up correctly
• Schedule filming and keep projects moving
• Coordinate scripts, videos, edits, and approvals
• Check that funnels, forms, calendars, and automations work
• Help get campaigns live within seven days
• Keep clients updated on what is happening
• Help clients understand their ads and lead flow
• Work with our VAs and internal team to finish tasks on time
• Keep notes, deadlines, and next steps updated
• Help improve our onboarding process as we grow

You will be onboarding between 40-80 new clients a month. That means 40-80 live google meet onboarding calls every month with new clients. You will be the first point of contact with our company.

You should have experience with some or all of the following:

• Facebook and Instagram ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• Client onboarding or account management
• Marketing agencies
• GoHighLevel
• Zapier
• Funnels and landing pages
• Qualification forms
• CRM systems
• Google Meet
• Online businesses, agencies, coaches, or consultants
• Real estate marketing

You do not need to know everything. You do need to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and take responsibility when something goes wrong.
