Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Cashier to support daily customer transactions and payment processing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments (cash, checks, and money orders).
• Operate company software and systems to access customer account information.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily deposits.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding payments and company programs.
• Direct customers to appropriate departments for service-related requests.
• Secure collected funds and maintain accurate records.
• Perform clerical and administrative office tasks as assigned.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of customer service, cashiering, or related experience.
• Experience handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Barbara.
