Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Cashier to provide front-line support, process customer payments, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist with general office and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience handling cash with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments via cash, check, or money order.
• Accurately balance cash drawers and prepare deposits.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding payments and company programs.
• Direct customers to appropriate departments for service requests or account-related concerns.
• Operate company systems to access and update customer account information.
• Secure and maintain all collected funds in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service, cashiering, or related experience.
• Experience handling cash and balancing transactions accurately.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems.
