Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Barbara, CA. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational workflows, including trade processing, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate client records. The role involves coordinating with custodians and service providers, preparing reports, and assisting with compliance and documentation requirements. The Operations Associate will also respond to client inquiries, support onboarding processes, and help improve internal procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
