All Saints by-the-Sea Episcopal Church is seeking a detail-oriented, mission-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper to support the vital financial operations of our vibrant Church and Parish School. ?? Essential Job Functions

As our Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will lead our day-to-day financial workflows, maintaining the internal controls and transparency that drive our mission forward. Your core focus areas will include:

· Managing day-to-day A/P, A/R, deposits, reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

· Preparing monthly financial reports, including income statements and actual-to-budget analyses.

· Processing payroll and maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Partnering with leadership, Treasurer, committees, and outside auditors for budget & audit prep.

· Translating financial information into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders and leadership.

?? What You'll Bring

· Accounting Expertise: Collegiate-level knowledge of accounting principles (a degree or

coursework in accounting/finance is preferred).

Proven Track Record: Solid experience in bookkeeping or comparable accounting roles.

Experience with nonprofit fund accounting is a major plus!

Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Core Strengths: Attention to detail, reliability, discretion, and the ability to work independently.
