ITC Service Group, a AFL subsidiary, seeks a Drop Dispatcher to receive service calls and schedule installations of internet and video services. You will dispatch field technicians and monitor appointment schedules to ensure timely service.

The role is remote, with potential office reporting. Hours are 6AM–8PM CST, four 10-hour days, including at least one weekend day; must live within 45 minutes of a gfiber market. Flexibility and strong communication skills are essential.
