Let's talk about the role…

In this role, you'll be responsible for all of the orders in the system; ensuring that our clients know what's going on with them every step of the way and that they're completed in an efficient and compliant manner.

This role requires a sharp eye for detail and a desire to always put the best data in front of our clients. Your primary focus will be on confirming and building incoming background check profiles accurately while also working closely with your teammates in the Quality Assurance Department to ensure the overall quality and compliance of our reports.

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to:

• Monitor the quality of incoming profiles in the online management system (iDsource)
• Assist quality and performance improvement initiatives by developing quality reporting tools and processes that result in a more accurate report
• Process all new profile requests, including processing profiles marked with service alert notifications, drafts, and highlighted profiles marked for follow-up
• Accurately review name, date of birth, social security number, and address trace results and order appropriate services to profiles based on the package(s) and service(s) ordered and specified account notes
• Unlock applications in compliance automation software as needed for profile resubmissions
• Update status notes in orders and communicate with clients when additional information is required for a profile
• Maintain specific account review and processing notes, making updates as needed
• Routinely monitor profiles in final Profile Review status and add appropriate services and/or make adjustments based on specific account review notes before summarizing the request to mark the profile complete
• Review credit reports, ensuring the name returned and identifiers match the report and no errors are identified
• Review database orders to identify additional jurisdictions that need additional research
• Follow special client instructions in profile review to complete profiles
• Prepare and submit batch imports for re-check requests and other large-volume requests
• Review surname surcharge orders for accurate profile processing and invoicing
• Provide outstanding internal and external client service, working together to find solutions with this team team and outside of this team
• Work as an effective team member, liaising with others and contributing to the overall success of the Company
• Serve as a leading expert, aiding in own self-development by being receptive to industry-specific and Company-specific training, and providing guidance to teammates
• Other duties as assigned

Your expertise.

• Minimum of a high school diploma
• Exhibit exemplary customer service skills, with internal team members, clients, and vendors.
• Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
