SERVER — LITTLE MOUNTAIN | MONTECITO, CA

Little Mountain is a wood-fired kitchen rooted in Montecito's coastal culture, added to the California Michelin Guide within our first six months of opening. We proudly partner with local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen to source organic and biodynamic ingredients, honoring those relationships through traditional technique and genuine care. Our Spanish Colonial dining room is designed to feel like a home: warm, considered, and unhurried.

We're looking for an exceptional Server who finds meaning in this kind of hospitality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver warm, attentive, and genuinely personal service to every guest
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence: ingredients, preparation, dietary needs, and beverage pairings
• Partner with our kitchen and dining room team for a seamless dining experience
• Anticipate guest needs and make every guest feel remembered
• Contribute to opening and closing duties and the overall integrity of the dining room
• Participate in ongoing education around our menu, wine program, and operations

• A polished professional who genuinely loves food, drink, fine dining and the people in it
• A natural communicator who connects with a wide range of guests
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence in every interaction
• A team player who lifts the room

EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years as a server in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings
• Experience in elevated or Michelin-recognized environments preferred
• WSET or advanced wine credentials a plus
• Active California RBS certification required
