Join a Premier Patient-Focused Dental Practice

Our established and growing general dental practice in beautiful Santa Barbara is seeking an outstanding Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care, communication, and helping patients say "yes" to the dentistry they need.

We are looking for a confident, organized, and personable professional who can build trust with patients, present treatment plans with clarity, and help patients navigate financial arrangements while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a true treatment coordinator who understands case acceptance, scheduling efficiency, and the importance of creating lifelong patient relationships.

What You'll Do

• Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care
• Help patients understand the value and benefits of treatment
• Discuss financial options and assist with payment arrangements
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding cases
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize production and efficiency
• Build rapport and trust with patients while creating a positive experience
• Work closely with the doctor, hygienists, and front office team
• Utilize Open Dental to manage treatment plans, patient communication, and scheduling
• Track case acceptance and contribute to practice growth goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordination experience preferred
• Experience with Open Dental preferred
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and financing options
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting comprehensive treatment plans
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong follow-through and accountability

Compensation:

• $25-$35/hour
