Health Consultant

The Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF) is seeking qualified consultants to provide Health Consultant Services for its Early Head Start and Head Start programs.

Services may include health file reviews, consultation and training for staff and families, health and safety guidance, participation in multidisciplinary meetings, individualized healthcare planning, health referrals and follow-up support, and technical assistance regarding child health concerns and regulatory compliance. Services may also include collaboration with families and community medical providers, as needed.

Interested consultants must provide a current professional license and/or applicable credentials, resume, and proof of applicable insurance.

• Degree along with college transcripts REQUIRED for any positions that require a BA or higher degree,
• When applying for positions of Associate Teacher, Teacher, Head Teacher or Site Supervisor a copy of the Permit from the California Commission of Teacher Credentialing is REQUIRED,
• When applying for positions that do not require transcripts or degrees a High School diploma or equivalency REQUIRED,

• 2 letters of PROFESSIONAL recommendation REQUIRED for all positions.
