Docker is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to lead operations for our new Seattle office. This role will be instrumental in building an engaging, productive, and inclusive workplace that reflects Docker's culture and values.
You will play a foundational role in establishing office systems, vendor partnerships, workplace experience standards, and operational processes, not only for the office in Seattle, but for any future office expansions going forward. You will serve as the go-to person for all things office related, partnering closely with People, IT, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Additionally, you will be the owner and driver of our partnership and collaboration with our facilities vendors and managers.
