Job Description
Litigation Secretary
A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary with 5+ years of experience to join its collaborative team. What You'll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
- Prepare, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court filings
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings
- Maintain case files and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Assist with trial preparation and general administrative support
- 5+ years of litigation secretary experience in a law firm
- Strong knowledge of court filing procedures and litigation deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
- Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Competitive compensation of $32-$48 per hour, depending on experience
