Support a beautiful Santa Barbara home and a coaching company (Rewire) that hosts retreats and events for founders and executives: coordinate cleaning/maintenance with our housekeeper, manage vendors and contractors, prep for events, help with client logistics, and run local errands.
Flexible weekday scheduling around classes plus occasional evening/weekend events. Real responsibility, real growth - hours can increase over time. Requires: exceptional organization, discretion (NDA), valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Pay: $20-30/hr depending on experience. Part-time contract, about 20 hrs/week to start.
