They should be comfortable leading learning initiatives independently, presenting to scientific audiences, and creating high-quality learning materials in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex scientific information easy to understand and engaging for adult learners. Success in this role comes from combining scientific expertise with instructional design, program leadership, and strong stakeholder communication.
As a Knowledge and Learning professional, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping how our Global Medical Affairs teams learn, grow, and deliver on their mission. You will be responsible for proactively planning, implementing, and delivering scientific training globally, focused on advancing knowledge of therapeutic areas, the treatment landscape, and emerging data. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with Global Medical, Scientific Communications, Clinical Development, and Medical Science Liaisons to ensure training strategies are aligned, integrated, and impactful.
