Key Responsibilities:

• Precisely perform sizing, trimming, and shell cutting to uphold product quality standards.

• Diligently inspect materials for defects, ensuring only high-quality products move forward.

• Safely operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.

• Utilize measuring tools such as Pi tapes and calipers to ensure accuracy.

• Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper technique.

• Communicate effectively with team members to meet and exceed production goals.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality, often working overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong communication, reading, and attention to detail skills.

• Proficiency with measurement tools such as Pi tapes and calipers.

• Ability to operate standard manufacturing, office, and warehouse equipment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a plus.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.

Available Shifts:

• First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, $19/hr

• Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, $22/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
