Classroom Assistant

17-hours per week / Monday-Thursday 8 am - 12:30 pm Organized, highly motivated, computer knowledge, communication skills, self starter, problem solver. Spanish preferred but not required. We are looking for a reliable, organized classroom assistant to support our teachers remotely by:

• Tracking student attendance
• Contacting guardians when students aren't attending
• Sending birthday cards to all students
• Checking in with teachers about students who are struggling
• Following up with students on contracts

Job Description Effective July 1, 2026 Lane 1 Step 1 ($17.88/Hour) Not Highly Qualified Lane 2 Step 1 ($18.88/Hour) Associate's degree or 48 semester hours from an accredited college/university; or Lane 3 Step 1 ($19.94/Hour) Current/Former Licensed Teacher (Highly Qualified Information) Salary Schedules
