Principal missions: Preparation and service of meals* Receiving the delivered preparations from the provider and performing a qualitative and quantitative control of the products* Transmitting to the administrative team the daily staff of meals to order from the provider and the missing deliveries Prepare the appetizers and desserts, season the dishes, and improve their presentation.
