Overview Weekly rate ranges from $1,352 - $1,377 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.Benefits include: California Paid Sick Pay, Repeat DSM Bonus Program, DSM Seasonal Incentive Program. Bonus and Pay programs subject to qualifications.Responsibilities The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position starting in July and ending in November.The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions.Duties include construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.Qualifications Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule, and have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.The physical demands of the job include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.#J-18808-Ljbffr
