Job Title

Specialized Territorial Agents for Nursery Schools assist teaching staff for the reception, animation, and hygiene of nursery children as well as the preparation and cleanliness of the premises and materials directly used by the children. Specialized territorial agents fornursery schools are integrated into the educational community. They can participate in the implementation of pedagogical activities planned by teachers and under their responsibility. They can also assist teachers in classrooms or institutions hosting children with special educational needs.

Required Profile

Required Qualifications: Diploma(s) or mandatory training(s) - CAP educational accompaniment for young children Knowledge: Development of the child from 2 years old - Knowledge of the nursery public - Notions related to disability - Notions of respect for others and the environment - Regulations and guidelines in terms of hygiene and safety of children - Knowledge of emergency procedures and services - Role of an individualized support project (PAI) - Techniques of games and activities - School organization chart - School project - Duties of the nursery school Technical skills: Ability to identify and respect the hierarchical and functional link and to alert on any issue in this regard - Ability to supervise a group of children - Ability to conduct workshops - Ability to accompany the child in their activity - Ability to encourage the child's autonomy Behavioral skills: To be patient - To be smiling and have a benevolent attitude towards children - To be vigilant and attentive - To be organized - To be reactive - To be versatile - To be autonomous and able to take initiatives - To be able to report - To be able to question one's positioning - To have a sense of listening - To be able to work in a team

Legal Basis
