Knowledge and use of cleaning products, materials, and techniques, Knowledge of the type of surface and objects to be treated, Knowledge of handling techniques, Mastery of the handling of kitchen and cleaning equipment (manual and automatic), Knowledge of hygiene, health, and workplace safety rules in force
