Missions

Pilot a portfolio of subcontracting for maintenance projects, in the offer phase and project implementation.

Ensure compliance with the purchasing process: sourcing, consultation, selection, negotiation, contractualization, and evaluation of subcontractors.

Conduct ongoing research to maintain competitiveness while integrating the specifics of subcontracting (contractual, legal, dispute management, and emergencies).

Define and implement the purchasing strategy for your portfolio in the short, medium, and long term.

Develop and negotiate framework agreements with strategic subcontractors.

Purchases & Project Management

Collect technical, commercial, and contractual requirements from projects and integrate them into consultations and orders.

Launch tenders to qualified subcontractors in France and internationally.

Analyze offers, conduct negotiations, and manage any potential disputes.

Select the most effective partners based on EHS, quality, cost, and deadline criteria.

Contractualize services and secure supplier commitments.

Organize launch meetings and experience feedback sessions with operational teams and subcontractors.

Supplier Panel Management

Develop and manage a portfolio of qualified subcontractors.

Lead commercial, quality, and EHS evaluations of suppliers.

Implement and monitor continuous improvement action plans.

Conduct active market surveillance of suppliers, innovations, and economic and geopolitical context.

Identify market risks and adjust purchasing strategy accordingly.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to cost reduction initiatives, optimization of deadlines, and quality improvement.

Participate in the development and implementation of the entity's purchasing policy.

Contribute to cross-functional projects and service improvement actions for the Purchasing department.

Support the development and performance enhancement of the purchasing function within the organization.

Profile Sought

Education

  • Higher education minimum of Bac +4 in Purchasing/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years confirmed experience in industrial purchasing
  • Experience in subcontracting for industrial works or site interventions is preferred
  • Experience in project environments and international supplier relations
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Technical Skills

  • Excellent skills in commercial and contractual negotiation
  • Good knowledge of legal aspects related to purchasing (general terms of purchase, contracts, dispute management)
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several files or projects
  • Proficiency in office tools; knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Good understanding of quality, safety, cost, and deadline issues
