There is potential to transition to a full-time role in the future, based on performance and availability.Candidates must be comfortable with frequent client-facing interactions and able to balance professionalism with personable communication. Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times is required. The role demands the ability to respond quickly and effectively to urgent situations on a large estate.Ideal candidates will be physically fit, responsible, and able to follow directions accurately and without error.DutiesEnsure a safe and secure environment for principals in all settingsMaintain a knowledge of baseline principal, property and neighborhood activitiesMonitor property and area activities and conditions via closed‑circuit television camera system and physical area checksMonitor traditional and social media for potential threatsDrive or tail principal/s, family member, guestsConduct advance work as neededScreen and track mail and deliveriesMonitor weather and natural disastersMonitor trafficMonitor public safety incidents and trendsMonitor neighborhood watch programsMonitor local and national current eventsCoordinate with site staff to accomplish common tasksComplete daily household tasks and maintenance as requested by principalsEnsure 24/7 operational readiness through stocking supplies and equipment upkeepOperate within parameters established by standard operating procedures and applicable lawsCoordinate with and support executive protection element of the teamPosition Qualifications, Certificates and Licenses2-4+ years of combined experience in relevant security, military, and/or law enforcement positionsValid Driver License with clean driving recordCalifornia BSIS Guard CardCalifornia BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit with 9mm endorsementCPR/AED/BLS certification through reputable institutionPassportAll certifications must be current.
