This is a great opportunity to advance your career and be part of a progressive human services organization.ResponsibilitiesPlay a key role in the efficient and effective operation of our Somerset residential program.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations including Title 22 and Title 17.Represent Devereux with families, community providers, regulatory and funding agencies.Develop and monitor treatment plans of individuals served, interact with families and regulatory/funding agencies, manage the program budget, staff scheduling and performance management, and participate in and lead treatment planning meetings.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Be certified by the State of California as ARF and/or RCFE administrator, or be willing to obtain.Experience: A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential, day program, and/or community program setting serving individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.Physical Requirements: Requires standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, talking and hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Regularly requires lifting/moving up to 10–50 lbs. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Additional Requirements: All Devereux staff must pass a thorough background and Livescan check, oral drug screen, and have a valid California driver's license and clean driving record.Salary and BenefitsSalary is $70,304 annually.Company OverviewDevereux is one of the nation's largest nonprofit organizations, providing services, insight and leadership in the evolving field of behavioral healthcare.
