Dental Assistant (Entry-Level)

A busy and patient-focused dental office is seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the dental field—no prior experience required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Assist the dentist during exams, cleanings, and procedures

Prepare and clean treatment rooms before and after patients

Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring a comfortable experience

Take and record basic patient information

Support front office tasks as needed, including scheduling and answering phones

Follow all safety and infection control protocols

Bilingual in Spanish required

No prior dental experience required; willing to train

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Reliable and team-oriented

Full-time, consistent weekday schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
