Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities & Maintennce Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance, presentation, and overall functionality of a private estate. This role is responsible for ensuring the home, grounds, and key systems are maintained to a high standard through regular inspections, preventive maintenance planning, project coordination, and quick response to operational needs. Responsibilities also include supporting property readiness, tracking maintenance-related expenses, and helping ensure all spaces remain safe, organized, and running smoothly. This position works closely with external contractors, vendors, and the maintenance team.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This person should have strong maintenance and facilities experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle changing priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. A positive attitude, flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel, and a strong sense of accountability are essential. A valid driver's license is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.
