What You'll Do:
Accurately perform sizing, trimming, and shell cutting tasks to ensure product quality.
Inspect materials diligently for defects, maintaining high standards.
Safely operate manufacturing equipment in compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.
Use precise measuring tools such as Pi tapes and calipers.
Handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Communicate clearly with team members to meet production goals.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail, often working overtime as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong communication and reading skills.
Proficiency with measurement tools such as Pi tapes and calipers.
Ability to use standard manufacturing, office, and warehouse equipment.
Experience with MS Word and MS Excel is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
Willingness to work mandatory overtime as required.
Available Shifts:
First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, $19/hr.
Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, $22/hr.
