Iteris is seeking an RMA Technician who will be responsible for performing product diagnosis, repairs and service to include: diagnose problems, including problem identification, research of problem, isolation of issue, and completion of resolution. Candidates for this position should be excellent communicators with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, be detail-orientated and well-organized, and have a very strong commitment. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues is needed, with the ability to perform effectively with high quality with little direct supervision.

Iteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $25.00 and $28.00 for this role. Actual pay offered may be below or above these amounts, depending on the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
