This position supports retail store refresh and decommissioning projects and requires the ability to work independently in an active retail environment.Key Responsibilities* Remove interior, overhead, and directional retail signage.* Remove associated mounting hardware and fixtures.* Patch, repair, sand, and paint walls and other affected surfaces.* Take and submit before-and-after photos of completed work.* Safely operate ladders and scissor lifts when required.* Follow project instructions, safety requirements, and completion deadlines.* Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at client locations.Qualifications* Experience with painting, drywall repair, maintenance, merchandising, fixture installation, signage installation/removal, or light construction preferred.* Ability to use basic hand and power tools.* Scissor lift experience preferred.* Reliable transportation and smartphone required.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Work Environment* Project-based assignments in retail store environments.* Early morning work schedules required.* Compensation is paid WEEKLY on a per-project basis.
