Rosewood Hotels - - Responsibilities: Set up and prepare workstations with mis en place and equipment; Prepare and produce sauté, grill, and sauces for menu items; Monitor sanitation and maintain cleanliness of tools and stations; Coordinate with Chefs and Stewards to ensure efficient service; Complete closing duties and restock for next shift
