The sky is your limit* Pay Rate Range: $26.77 - $33.47 per hourJob DescriptionReporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:* Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies promptly to guest rooms and housekeeping staff during the evening shift.* Respond quickly to ALICE/radio requests and ensure all guest and team needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.* Restock housekeeping closets and carts to support room attendants and house attendants.* Collect soiled linen and trash from guest floors and transport to designated areas.* Maintain service hallways, storage rooms, and closets in clean, organized condition.* Assist with evening turndown or special guest requests when required.* Perform sanitation of all guestroom glassware and china.* Maintain the gym, gym lockers, and gym restrooms clean, sanitized, and organized.* Report any maintenance issues, guest concerns, or safety hazards immediately to a supervisor.* Uphold all hotel grooming, safety, and service standards.Qualifications* Previous Housekeeping experience an asset* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
