Our client, a defense contractor located at Naval Base Point Mugu near Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Full Stack Web Developer for full-time employment. This role is onsite on a 9/80 schedule and will support the architecture, development, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical systems within a SAFe/Agile environment for a DoD program. The position involves building microservices-based applications, modern React front ends, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time application features.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in full stack software development
• 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines in an Agile DevOps environment
• 3+ years of experience with Java or C#, JavaScript, containers, and microservices architecture
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and database design
• Experience developing backend services using Java Spring Boot or similar frameworks
• Experience developing front-end applications using ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Experience using Git for version control
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or similar tools
• Experience working on Agile teams and as a Scrum team member
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; additional relevant experience may be substituted
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a SAFe environment
• Experience with RabbitMQ or other AMQP-based messaging systems
• Experience with Hibernate, JPA, or other Java ORM frameworks
• Experience implementing automated testing including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time web applications
• Experience with ReactJS/Redux
• Prior experience supporting DoD programs

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
