DescriptionYou will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) – SantaBarbara Focalplane Team. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic QualificationsSTEM Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline required or equivalent experience/combined education.Quality or Development or Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering experience.Project Management Skills.Root Cause and Corrective Action Facilitation Experience.Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance (This requires US Citizenship).Desired SkillsSTEM Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college highly preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication.Previous Program or Product Quality Experience.Project Management, Leadership, and Delegation Abilities.ISO9001/AS9100 experience.Risk Identification and Mitigation.Formal Causal Analysis Experience.Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt.Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly (IDCA), Focalplane (FPA) Manufacturing or Quality experience.Experience with MDA Mission Assurance Provisions (MAP).Space-Qualified Hardware.Data analysis, trend analysis (AI-facilitated).Security Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
