Relocation assistance is provided.What You Will Be DoingManaging the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial contact through full onboarding.Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining next steps.Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, maintaining clear tracking of status and follow‑up activities.Guiding campus visits, student shadow days, and decision‑oriented discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the profile of families for whom the model is best suited.Keeping CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current and accurate to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.What You Won't Be DoingApplying transactional or aggressive sales methods.Accepting enrollments from poorly matched families to satisfy targets.Leading a large team or working within complex approval hierarchies.Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple roles.Working from a remote location.
