Job Overview Raytheon is seeking a Manager, Contracts (Individual Contributor) in the Advanced Technology Sub Business Unit (SBU) to join our Airborne Spectrum Dominance Contracts team.The role supports dynamic contracts with internal and external customers across the acquisition life cycle, including classified and unclassified contracts.Responsibilities Collaborate effectively with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal.Own contract management and administration actions on proposals and contracts across the acquisition life cycle.Develop and respond to RFP/BAAs, negotiate and administer contracts such as CPFF, FFP, FFP‑LOE, and OTA.Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and issues.Investigate and resolve contractual matters by gathering detailed information and collaborating with stakeholders.Provide advice on contractual rights, obligations, regulations and policies to mitigate risks.Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.Qualifications University degree with a minimum of 8 years of prior experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Experience in Contracts, Subcontracts, Procurement, Estimating/Pricing, or Finance.Experience with U.S. Government Contracts under FAR and/or DFARS.Experience leading contract negotiations.Active and transferable Secret U.S. government‑issued security clearance required prior to start date.Preferred: active Top‑Secret clearance, experience in closed areas, classified environments, high‑performance stakeholder relationships, advanced degrees or industry‑recognized contracts certifications, and strong Microsoft product experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Benefits Salary range: $118,300 – $224,900 USD.Relocation assistance.Health, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability.401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, employee scholar program, parental leave, paid time off and holidays.Short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation programs (not guaranteed, dependent on performance and business unit).Other Information RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
