In addition to teaching, you will be responsible for helping meet monthly team goals in promotions and sales.Position Requirements Ability to work 25-40 hours per week, including weekendsHighly energeticExceptional interpersonal communication skillsExperience working with childrenBackground in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)Effective leadership and motivational skillsEffective time managementAdept sales skillsClean background checkCompensation & Benefits Starts at $15 per hour - Average trained staff member earns $17-$20 per hour.Additionally, we offer:Upward mobilityPaid time offMedical insurance (Full Time)Application process Think you're what we're looking for?
