RESPONSIBILITIES:Assume manager's role in supervising staff in absence of the Store ManagerSupport Store Manager in day-to-day operations of running store such as upholding excellent customer service, coaching and developing the sales teamDevelop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clientelingCommunicate inventory needs to support business goalsTrack and log relevant KPI's - Conversion, AOV & UPTOrganize, plan, and execute in-store eventsMaintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store frontResolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely mannerEnsure all company policies and retail procedures are enforced at all timesEnsure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual directionREQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sense of style

3+ years retail experience

Existing client base required

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Decision-making and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

PAY RATE: $30/hr - $32/hr + Commission (based on experience and qualifications)
