Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations with de-escalation and reporting of unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter; Monitor access points and visitor activity and enforce badge, entry, and after-hours protocols; Document incidents, observations, and shift activity and communicate information to supervisors, staff, and emergency personnel as needed
