The Process Commissioning Lead is responsible for leading process commissioning execution, including development of work packages, coordination of resources, and system startup activities in California.Key ResponsibilitiesLead development and execution of commissioning work packages Coordinate process commissioning and startup (CSU) activitiesLead system scoping, tag validation, and systemization supportSupport FATs, vendor inspections, and package validation Lead dynamic commissioning and startup executionDevelop and verify commissioning procedures and checklists Support PSSR, walkdowns, and ITP witness points Oversee vendor coordination and field execution Provide reporting, scheduling input, and resource planning support Ensure safety compliance, training, and workforce readiness Requirements10+ years commissioning experienceMinimum 5 years in a Lead roleStrong experience with DCS / ESD / F&G checkout Experience in O&G or gas processing projectsSteam ticket or equivalent preferredCertificationsOSHA-30H2SISN compliant
