Description:

We are seeking a Logistics Admin to join our Logistics/ Order Management team. In this role, you will work with and communicate cross-functionally with internal customers, multiple departments and teams. This team monitors daily backlogs of orders/deliveries as well as processing non-standard orders. Team member will work closely with other Logistics teams globally. Principal duties and responsibilities. Maintain sales orders to ensure they are updated as engineering changes are implemented. Attend meetings as a representative of the team to exchange information with other departments. Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date order status to requestors via email, database tools, verbally, or other methods. Report proactive order status in times of heavy backlog or longer than expected lead times. Processes Internal orders, No Charge orders, and other non-standard orders and ensures timely shipment and reporting.
