Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor directions and/or screening processes, and document observed activity, incidents, and policy concerns according to post instructions; Provide security-related procedures and reporting to ensure safety and compliance within the healthcare location
