Kimpton Hotels - - Responsibilities: Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of the hotel guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas.; Prepare inspection reports with the status of all guest rooms at the beginning of the shift and relay information to cleaners.; Evaluate room cleaners on job performance and coordinate retraining as needed to ensure quality.; Notify Front Desk of vacant and clean rooms, completed guest requests, and room status discrepancies.
