The Property & Casualty Claims Advocate facilitates a smooth interaction between the client and the carrier regarding property & casualty issues including claim reviews and ongoing claim issues. Monitors ongoing property & casualty activity and alerts HUB Producer team to any potential claim or potential loss control issues. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepares and present claim reviews to clients on a periodic basis. Assist in Third Party Administrator (TPA) and insurance carrier selections. Ensures client questions / concerns are addressed by claims department or Third Party Administrator. Interacts with clients by telephone and in person, on a periodic basis to deliver and gather information. Negotiates plans of actions and reserve reductions with insurers. Assists producers in conducting claim with clients and carriers. Analyzes loss history to identify risk reduction strategies for producers. Implements correction of errors of the carrier.
