Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities: Plan and manage the F&B restaurants operations to meet guest satisfaction and financial goals; Develop, recommend and manage the budget and marketing plans for the F&B group; Oversee HR management for Ambassadors including hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews; Ensure SOP compliance and safety regulations across the department; Resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of satisfaction
