Job Overview

Cottage Health seeks a Chief Development Officer – Service Lines. The Chief Development Officer – Service Lines oversees service line development and fundraising initiatives, working closely with Foundation Leadership, Executive Leadership, and Clinical Leadership. The role operates at both strategic and operational levels and will be expected to lead by example, working with a small portfolio of principal and major donors to achieve significant personal fundraising goals. The team is expected to generate fundraising of $25 million or more each year.
