Job Details

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards. Hire, train, and supervise all spa, fitness, and boutique associates. Create, maintain, and monitor adherence to Spa and Fitness policies and procedures. Provide a supportive working environment for Spa staff and premium experience for guests. Organize and supervise the operation of the Spa and Fitness center. Maintain the highest quality of service and standards in all departments of the Spa. Continually learn and become knowledgeable in spa services and therapies, health, and wellness. Demonstrate solid financial knowledge as it relates to inventory, strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing levels. Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute a strategic plan to meet Spa sales and Spa positioning objectives.
