Job Details

Effectively plans and manages multiple engineering projects, of any size or complexity, for quality development of infrared cameras, components, and accessory products. Actively manages project milestones, budget performance, deliverables and quality, and reports project status using department process, tools and metrics. Maintains an active risk tracking and mitigation plan for all aspects of a project including schedule delays, technical issues, supplier problems. Proactively engages development teams and Engineering Management to reduce and mitigate project risks and issues. Provides leadership and direction to the engineering staff on the development according to the released Design Control Process. Interacts with Product managers to clearly define and control project requirements and changes to the established baseline.
